Now, Everything Changes

Autumn is beginning everywhere else in the world but here.
Here, we alternate between extreme heat and cold rainy nights and try our best not to get sick by drinking lots of water, teh tarik, cendol, sugarcane, liang cha, whatnot.

YUI will be releasing her next single by early October, called " I'll be". Her staff and crew love to torture us by releasing bits and pieces of info, little by little. Today, I found these:

That new Fender Jaguar is so smoking hot sexy. It would seem that she's using it as her signature guitar this autumn, like she used her red Telecaster during the Rolling star season. The YUI movie show site is updated with what seems to be her filming the PV for I'll be. Rooftop scene, with acoustic guitar.

I spent last weekend with Sue Ern, Yune, Yu Shen, Su Lin and a (still) jobless Jie Min.
We went to KLPAC for this production:

Took a train from KL Central to Sentul for the 3.00pm show. Loved it, but not all of it. There were some songs I thought were a bit draggy. Basically, they sang well known tunes with comical lyrics that reflected the typical Malaysian lifestyle; food, slangs, price hike, etc. Overall, it was well worth my RM 20 student price ticket (one of the perks of being in grad school, people still think of you as penniless and rightly so).
We hung out a bit after the show, because KLPAC the adjoining Sentul Park were really beautiful, and the weather was superb.

We went to Bukit Bintang's Pavillion next, had dinner (Korean/Thai) ,tried Japanese Gelato (green tea flavoured) and I bought a Chocolate cream puff from Beard Papa, also a Japanese product. We were supposed to go for the flea market at Menara Hap Seng in Jalan P. Ramlee, but it was kinda over when we arrived, due to some mis-info on our part.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to going for more theater productions in the future.

Just finished: Juno (awesome movie, 5 thumbs up for all the dry wit and humour, all fingers up because they featured a Les Paul as Juno's favourite gear, all toes up for moral behind story).
